I guess he’s here to talk about the past…..or someone has a smoking gun/syringe, or he realizes he will never make the Hall of Fame without coming clean because America is much more likely to forgive you if you admit your wrongdoings and apologize as opposed to insulting our collective intelligence.

Call me a synic but this means nothing. Given their history, this was only done to give him and LaRussa a reason to get pissy with the media and refuse to talk about it anymore when they continue to get asked questions about this during the season.
Come on, Mark. If it didn’t do anything to help your on the field performance and was only to come back from injury, then why are you so ashamed to admit it? Ridiculous.
