Sorry ’bout that, folks. Thankfully it rarely happens, but both Adam and I had a busy day. One thing of note, though, is the coming showdown between the Pulaski County Special School District and its teachers. The District decided yesterday that they would no longer recognize the teachers’ union for purposes of collective bargaining. They then announced a 2% pay raise across the board to teachers and support staff.
Late this afternoon, the Pulaski Association of Classroom Teachers announced they would have a 1-day walkout on Thursday (tomorrow) in protest.
