of re-establishing a vital recruiting presence in Texas….and it already appears to be close to paying dividends at a crucial position (me thinks guys that big and fast may get shots at RB, but ultimately will be DTs–they are just too hard to find and everyone wants them).

I am sure the countless Petrino bashers amongst the ESP*I*N on air talent will be nowhere to be found as Petrino will actually be there to defend himself.  I expect it will be tame, and that’s just fine.

Vaccinations for the H1N1 virus should be available in Arkansas as early as today for some people.  Health officials say anyone who wants the shot should be able to get it.

The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery has had a tremendous first week, pulling in almost $10 million in sales.

He’s got a long way to go, but state Sen. Gilbert Baker topped $500,000 in fundraising this quarter for his race against Sen. Blanche Lincoln.

Attorney General Dustin McDaniel will travel with several of his colleagues to Taiwan.  The trip is scheduled to start today.
