——————–

Road Home Line Adam  Brett
Clemson Georgia Tech GTU -4.5 Ga Tech Ga Tech
This one looked like a Ga Tech romp.  Defensive collapse ruined what looked like an easy pick.

North Carolina   Connecticut UNC -3.5 UNC U Conn
North Carolina survived the game thanks to a safety — sending gamblers to the Maalox bottles.

Iowa Iowa St. Iowa -7 Iowa Iowa St.
Critical mistake by BK:  Never, ever, under any circumstances, bet on Iowa St.

Syracuse Penn St. PSU -28 Penn St. Syracuse
True to form, Penn St. took a solid win without covering the number.  It happens each September.

Arkansas St. Nebraska NU -24 Nebraska Arkansas St.
I probably got a little too excited by ASU’s 61-point rout of Mississippi Valley State.  I forgot Jerry Rice was no longer there.

Notre Dame Michigan ND -4.5 Notre Dame Notre Dame
If I can ever wager, lose, and be happy, this is the situation.

TCU Virginia TCU -12 TCU TCU
This one was a layup.

Houston Oklahoma St. OSU -15.5 Houston Houston
I wish I had actually called the upset.  I suppose cashing a winning ticket will have to suffice.

Vanderbilt LSU LSU -14 LSU Vandy
It looked at times like both teams were sure to cover.  In the end, a tie is not a loss in the gambling world.

South Carolina Georgia   UGA -7.5 Georgia So Carolina
Great game made even better by a Carolina cover.

USC Ohio St. USC -6 USC Ohio St.
I tihnk we learned two things:  1) Take a Top 10 team at home getting points at night and 2) Neither of these teams are as good as we probably thought.

UCLA Tennessee UT -9 UCLA UCLA
hahahahahaha…

Mississippi St. Auburn AU -14.5 Miss St. Auburn
Auburn may be good.  No…seriously…they really may be good.
