State Rep. Alan Kerr (R – Little Rock) has asked the attorney general for an opinion on whether or not the state employee retirement system can release the names of those drawing retirement pay while also working. Now widely known as “double dippers” these clowns have been exploiting a loophole in the system.
Lt. Governor Bill Halter brought back a Letter of Intent with China to increase trade. No word on whether China has the grades to qualify.
