It took me a while, but I’ve come around on this one. The guy has served his time for a conviction and missed essentially 2 years of his more productive earning time as a player. What he did was bad, but he has been punished. Time for Vick to get a shot at a paycheck.
I’m not sure I’d want Houston to sign him, though. Too much distraction, especially for a team trying to make the leap. Lots of folks out there seem to be saying Oakland…

It makes so much sense for Oakland (organizational attitude/history, need position–whether regular QB, “Wildcat QB” or WR) that…..they won’t do it.
